The product is sold by subscription (a distribution model commonly known as Software as a Service or SaaS) requiring the payment of a monthly fee. This charge is proportionate to the number (and type) of company entities managed by the subscriber.

What I can do for you
I can setup Xero so the transition from your previous Accounting Software is seamless, enter opening balances for all General Ledger Accounts and configure Bank and Credit Cards so they automatically import into your accounting software. At the the end of the day all you have to do is click OK.
How do I do this?
I do this by creating a customised set of rules that relate to recurring income and expenditure items within your business, obviously bank account fees being a good example of recurring expenditure, but this can be extrapolated out to most transactions that occur on a day to day basis.
